Enrolment Procedure

Please make sure you have read our full terms and conditions before sending us an enrolment.

What to do next:

Complete the student enrolment form and send it to the school or give it to your local representative together with the deposit of £400.00.

Check if you need a visa via the government website here. For more information about visas see the school website.

When we  receive your deposit we will send you an acceptance letter, Certificate of Registration (or visa letter if applicable) and an invoice.
The balance of your fees is payable 2 weeks before your course begins.

Please scan and send us a copy of your visa if issued in advance.

Extra nights’ accommodation: £35.00 per night. You must check availability with the school before booking this.

Please contact your accommodation provider 1 week before you come to let them know your arrival time. This is very important as they would like to be at home when you arrive!

For useful pre-arrival information, please click here.

If you enrol online, you are entitled to a ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days with the right to free cancellation. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information about this.

NB - If you are planning to arrive less than two months before you course start date, please be sure to check availability with the school before sending us your booking and deposit and before booking your flight.

Medical costs and EHIC cards

Although emergency treatment in hospitals is free, if you need further treatment or non-emergency treatment, most students will have to pay for this.

Students from the European Economic Area (EEA) do not have to pay, if they have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), so, if you are from the EEA, we strongly recommend you bring this EHIC with you.

For more information about NHS charges please see the Citizens Advice Bureau here.

Insurance

Studentguard student travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out Student Travel Insurance before you come to the UK. Insurance should cover the loss of your fees and flights in case of cancellation or curtailment (shortening your course, remember our tuition fees are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions), medical expenses, personal injury, personal liability, overseas legal expenses and the loss of personal belongings and money.

If you cannot arrange your own insurance, we can provide you with insurance under our Studentguard+ Insurance Policy. The cost is £5.90 per week including Insurance Premium Tax. You must ask for insurance at the time you book your course as cover is not available once you arrive in the UK.  Please check the policy meets your needs and note that Studentguard+ is non-refundable and does not cover pandemics such as COVID-9.

Nothing is too much trouble for us. We are here to help you!
