Enrolment Procedure
Please make sure you have read our full terms and conditions before sending us an enrolment.
What to do next:
Complete the student enrolment form and send it to the school or give it to your local representative together with the deposit of £400.00.
Check if you need a visa via the government website here. For more information about visas see the school website.
When we receive your deposit, we will send you an acceptance letter, Certificate of Registration (or visa letter if applicable) and an invoice.
The balance of your fees is payable 2 weeks before your course begins.
Please scan and send us a copy of your visa refusal letter if issued in advance.
Extra nights’ accommodation: £35.00 per night (except for the Young Adult Summer Residence which is £45 a night). You must check availability with the school before booking this.
Please contact your accommodation provider 1 week before you come to let them know your arrival time. This is very important as they would like to be at home when you arrive!
For useful pre-arrival information, please click here.
If you enrol online, you are entitled to a ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days with the right to free cancellation. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information about this.
NB - Always check availability with the school before buying a flight ticket or paying a deposit, especially if you are hoping to study with us within two months of making a booking. This is very important, as sometimes we may not have availability in classes or accommodation for you, so please check with us first.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out Student Travel Insurance before you come to the UK. Insurance should cover the loss of your fees and flights in case of cancellation or curtailment (shortening your course - remember our tuition fees are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions), medical expenses, personal injury, personal liability, overseas legal expenses and the loss of personal belongings and money.
