Cheddar Watersports 

Location:  Cheddar Reservoir (2hrs by bus, 40mins driving) 

Cost:  Taster 3hr course:  £73; 2-day course: £240; individual lessons: start at £53/2hrs

All Aboard Watersports 

Location:  Bristol City Centre (30mins walk from school, same on the bus) 

Cost:  Social Sailing:  £20; Sunset Sailing: £25; Courses begin at £280/5-week course

Windsurfing at Weston super Mare 

Location:  Royal Sands, Weston super Mare 

Cost:  Free (but you must bring your own equipment/hire it) 

Info:  Weston is known for its windy seas at Royal Sands, and Olympic medalists are known to practice here!  You must be a member of an organisation which provides insurance before you use the beach to windsurf.
